What does Wanderluxx do?

Wanderluxx is a travel club for luxury retreats and experiences. For Self-Planners, we provide a platform for networking with all members and travel Intelligence, so that you can arrange your trip by yourself. For Custom Planners, this includes everything under the Self-planner membership, as well as a travel concierge service that meticulously arranges every aspect of your travel experience.

Are there any additional fees, and how do you get paid?

Our fees are covered by our membership plans; therefore members only pay for their vacations. For group trips and large events, there’s an additional charge.

If I want my friends and/ or family to join my trip, do all participants need to be members?

No, as long as you, the member, are the primary point of contact during the planning process and everyone follows the same itinerary, your friends can join your trip without membership. Separate activities or itineraries may require additional arrangements and fees. For groups above 10 people, there’ll be an additional charge.

What is the trip designing process? What should I expect?

Our trip design process starts with a consultation with your dedicated Trip Designer to understand your preferences. We then recommend destinations, book accommodations, arrange activities, transfers, and dining reservations. Throughout, we provide drafts of your itinerary for feedback and refinement.

What do I get with my 14-day Free Trial?

You will gain access to our Self-planner membership, having access to our travel platform with the ability to network with other members and use our travel intelligence to book your own vacations.
